When will my order get here?
When ordering from our handmade candles sections you should allow up to 5 working days for us to create the masterpiece you ordered and an additional 2 - 3 days for delievery. For Imported fragrance oils you should allow at least a week.
Do you give a wholesale discount?
To trade customers, yes. If you are a retailer, please contact us to discuss the discounts we can offer. Discounts to the retail trade will depend on order sizes.
I have an empty container I want turning into a candle, can you do this?
Yes we can. If you have an empty container, tub, vase etc we can fill it with wax. We will do this to your colour / fragrance requirements. Please note that for safety reasons we can not fill wooden, porous or plastic containers. All you need to do is contact us to discuss how you want your container filling and mail the container to us once we have given you a price for the work.
