Shipping & Postage infomation
We regret that at this time we only ship candlemakers wax and glassware to uk residents, this is due to complex customs regulations and postal cost logistics. If you are a customer outside the U.K please do not attempt to purchase candlemakers wax or glassware from our shop, were sorry about this. We only ship these two products within the United Kingdom.
We use royal mail recorded / signed for postal services and Fed-Ex couriers and can provide a proof of posting ticket. Orders are processed in two working days for our candles and you should allow an additional 2-3 working days for delivery. Were very large or heavy orders are placed you should allow 5 working days. If your submitted order is going to take more than 5 working days for us to create you will be informed via E-mail. For large orders of 30 items+ in our hand made candles sections it would be helpful if you could contact us at the adress above. Remember all our candles are hand made and large orders could affect delivery times.
Our more expensive and fragile items are sent via recorded / signed for special delievery.
Where we can produce a proof of posting / dispatch ticket we are NOT liabale for lost parcels in the post though this is an extremely rare occurance, you should contact us if you've not recieved an item.
We use a fully secured encrypited shopping cart from Roman Cart. (romancart.com). We accept all major payments, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Amex, Switch, Solo, Delta and so on. When you have done shopping and select go to the checkout, you will be transfered to our SSL 128 bit encrypted secure merchant (Nochex) for the checkout process. Customers should be aware that goods purchased from us will show up as NOCHEX SECURE PAYMENTS on you credit card or bank statement.
United kingdom Shipping fees
There is a flat rate shipping fee of just £1.00 for orders up to £50. For orders over £50 shipping and packing fees are free! Yes, for orders over £50 your goods are sent to you totally free!
Rest of the world shipping fees
Below is a chart of our shipping and packing fees for the rest of the world. The left colum represents the shipping and packing fee and the right colum, the amount spent in our shop. These charges are based on the average weight of our products and shipping insurance.

Returns
If you recieve your goods damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of delievery. The same applies for faulty and defective goods. We will require you to send us clear photos for damaged goods.
You should notify us by email before returning damaged or defective goods to us. Goods returned should be sent back to us within 14 days of your first notification of damage or defect to us. Customers sending any return to us should take resonable care of goods and packaging. Please note that it is the customers responsibilty for all return shipping costs.
When we are satisfied that the goods are damaged or defective, we will then send out a replacement for the exsact same product.
Waxwork Studio reserves the right to refuse returns without satisfactory evidence to support a damage or defect. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be misleading or un-truithful in their claim.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued against damaged on delievery goods and faulty goods. You must email us before sending goods back to us then goods should be returned within 14 days. When we are satisfied the goods are damaged or faulty then we will issue a refund for the goods (THIS EXCLUDES SHIPPING FEES).
